Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Quantum Dental Arts website and your purchase of products
from our online store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do
not agree, please do not use the site.

Professional use

Our products and laboratory services are intended for dental offices, dental laboratories, and
dental professionals. Products must be used in accordance with their published usage instructions.
Nothing on this site is medical or dental advice to patients.

Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep product
descriptions, photographs, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to
correct errors and to cancel orders arising from them, in which case any amount paid will be
refunded. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel
any order — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Payment is
due at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site. Applicable taxes are the
responsibility of the purchaser unless collected at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping options and charges are presented at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on our

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for
activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or close

Intellectual property

This site and its content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Quantum
Dental Arts, QUICR, and Quantum Protector names and marks — are the property of Quantum
Dental Arts or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as needed
to browse the site and place orders.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in a product's published documentation or as required by law, the
site and products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or
implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Statements about product performance assume use in accordance with the product's usage
instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Dental Arts will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our
total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to
the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Quantum Dental Arts against claims arising from your misuse of the site
or products or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law
rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this
page, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
