Privacy Policy
DRAFT FOR REVIEW — This is a
placeholder privacy policy prepared by The 20 from the site’s actual features and general
WordPress/e-commerce practice. It is not legal advice. The client must review and approve it in
writing — or provide edits or their own policy — before launch.
Who we are
Quantum Dental Arts is a dental laboratory and dental equipment manufacturer located in
Orlando, Florida, serving dental professionals nationwide. Our website address is
https://quantumdentalarts.com. You can reach us at qda@cfl.rr.com
or 407.928.7122.
Personal data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and
your message. This information is emailed to the lab and stored as a form entry on this website so
we can respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties
for their own purposes.
Store, orders, and accounts
When you purchase from our store or create an account, we collect the information needed to
process and fulfill your order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone
number, and details of the products you order. We use this information to fulfill orders, send
order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, and meet our legal and accounting
obligations.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.
Shipping information is shared with the carrier delivering your order.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the store to function — for example, to keep
track of the contents of your cart, to remember you while you check out, and to keep you logged in
to your account. These cookies do not track you across other websites. If you log in, WordPress
also sets standard login and screen-option cookies.
Content and fonts from other services
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts; your browser requests those files directly from
Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Pages may also link to external
services (for example, our Facebook page); those services have their own privacy policies.
What we do not collect
Comments are disabled on this site. We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics
on this site. If analytics is added in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Who we share data with
- Our website hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf to serve this site.
- Our email delivery service, which transmits contact-form notifications and order emails.
- Our payment provider, to process payments (at and after launch of online payments).
- Shipping carriers, to deliver orders.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we retain your data
Contact-form entries are retained so we can follow up on inquiries. Order records and associated
account information are retained for as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal
purposes. Registered users can see and edit their own account information at any time; site
administrators can also see and edit that information.
Your rights over your data
If you have an account on this site or have submitted orders or forms, you can request an
exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and you can request that we erase that data,
except data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Send requests
to qda@cfl.rr.com.
How we protect your data
This site is served over HTTPS and hosted on a managed platform with industry-standard security
controls. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to operate the lab and the
store.
This site is for dental professionals
Our products and services are intended for dental offices, dental laboratories, and dental
professionals. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from
children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The current version will always be
posted on this page.
Draft prepared 2026-08-28 — effective date to be set at launch upon
client approval.
